Raised in Long Island, New York, and a proud father of two beautiful daughters, Mike is a graduate of the University of Florida with more than 22 years of experience in the medical device industry.

He was among the first representatives in the New York metropolitan area to pioneer the science and technology behind Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), helping introduce and advance regenerative medicine solutions within the orthopedic and extremity space.

Over the course of his career, Mike has supported thousands of foot and ankle procedures, building a reputation for clinical expertise, strong surgeon partnerships, and a deep commitment to patient outcomes. His extensive experience in extremity-focused technologies continues to make him a trusted resource within the industry.

Alan Adams
Territory Manager

Currently a senior at Rutgers Business School, where I have maintained a place on the Dean’s List every semester, I bring a unique, multicultural perspective to my role as a MediQuin Medical representative. Growing up in a medical family, with my father working as a DPM in Brooklyn, I’ve been exposed to the healthcare field from a young age. I spent half of my life in Europe, living in Latvia and Cyprus, and I’m fluent in English, Russian, and Latvian, with some knowledge of Greek. These experiences have shaped my ability to adapt, communicate, and thrive in diverse environments.

Having joined the company just three months ago, I am still green in the industry, but my eagerness to learn and improve every day keeps me motivated. My passion for cars and traveling helps me stay driven and open to new opportunities and challenges, and I take pride in being detail-oriented and committed to professional growth. I’m excited to leverage my background and skills to make a meaningful impact in the medical sales field.

My name is Monica Campoverde. I am a dedicated and goal-driven professional with a strong background in customer service, healthcare, and client support. I bring over 8 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, where I developed excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

I perform well in fast-paced environments and am known for being dependable, motivated. I’m passionate about helping people, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that truly make a difference. Being bilingual in English and Spanish also allows me to connect with a wider range of clients and create more personalized experiences.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My goal is to continue growing in the field, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to a team that values service, success, and growth.

Roberto Filipo Hinostroza
Territory Manager

Roberto is an aspiring medical device professional with a solid academic background and hands-on industry experience. He holds a Associate Degree in Business and is pursuing a Bachelor in Media from Queens College, NY and completed industry upper extremity orthopedic training in Portland, Oregon, in 2024.

During his academic journey, Roberto gained practical experience through internships at OmniMedical in Ecuador, where he supported logistics and distribution operations for orthopedic implants. His exposure to global healthcare systems thanks to family and interest has fueled his commitment to improving patient care through innovation and education.

Roberto is a former varsity basketball player, bringing teamwork, discipline, and leadership to every role. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare professionals and cutting-edge medical technologies.

Maya Jones

My name is Maya Jones, and I recently graduated from Union College, where I competed as a Division 1 ice hockey player and spent three years researching the genetic underpinnings of obesity. Competing at the highest level of athletics taught me resilience, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure, while my research experience strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for advancing health outcomes. Together, these experiences shaped my drive to excel and reinforced my commitment to making a meaningful impact in healthcare.

I was drawn to medical device sales because it blends my background in science with my passion for connecting with people in meaningful ways. I’m energized by the opportunity to contribute to an industry that constantly innovates and delivers technologies that improve patients’ lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and getting outdoors whenever I can.

Nikolas Enniss is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and service. A former student-athlete, Nikolas competed in both football and boxing throughout his school years, developing the resilience, teamwork, and work ethic that continue to shape his professional career.

After graduating, he attended Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), where he completed two years of study in Criminal Justice. His academic background strengthened his understanding of public service, ethics, and effective communication while reinforcing his commitment to helping others.

Today, Nikolas works for Mediquin Medical, where he contributes to delivering quality medical services and supporting patient care. He is recognized for his professionalism, reliability, and dedication to making a positive impact within the healthcare field. His diverse experiences in athletics, higher education, and healthcare have equipped him with the ability to perform under pressure, solve problems effectively, and build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community.
